When your property goes under contract, you must email us a copy of the signed contract right away. We’ll use the details to update your MLS listing status to Pending.

⚠️ MLS rules require this update within two (2) business days of the contract being signed. Delays can lead to fines or cancellation of your listing without a refund.

Once we receive your contract, we’ll make the update and send you a confirmation email.
