A single-family dwelling. Includes single-family homes, mobile homes (with land), condominiums, and townhouses.

Vacant Land
Raw land with no dwellings.

Income Property
A duplex, triplex, quadplex, or property with 5 or more residential units. Only make this selection if you own all of the units.

Commercial
A non-residential property like a gas station, office building, or retail store.
