Refund Before Listing On MLS

If a customer requests a refund before their property is listed on the local MLS, they are entitled to a 50% refund. Customers must request a refund, and it’s their responsibility to do so.

Refund After Listing On MLS

Once the property is listed on the local MLS, no refunds will be given.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

Changes to Refund Policy

List Now Realty LLC reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the website.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
