Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available if you cancel your service with List Now Realty.

The Short Version

Whether you can get a refund depends on one thing: whether your listing has been published to the MLS as Active.

  • If your listing is not yet Active on the MLS: You may request a refund within 12 months of purchase. Refunds are issued minus non-refundable payment processing fees.
  • If your listing is Active on the MLS: No refund is available, even if you cancel shortly after publication. The service has been rendered.
  • If 12 months pass without a refund request and your listing was never made Active: No refund is available.

How to Cancel

To cancel your service, simply send us an email through our contact page. There is no cancellation fee.

What “Active on the MLS” Means

“Active” means your listing has been published to the MLS and is visible to other agents and the public. This status is recorded in MLS records and is verifiable through the MLS system. Once your listing reaches Active status, the service has been rendered and no refunds are available.

Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by our third-party payment processor are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees are retained by the payment processor and are not collected or kept by List Now Realty. Once a transaction has been processed, these fees cannot be recovered.

Any approved refund will be issued for the amount you paid, minus these processing fees.

The 12-Month Window

If you’ve paid for a listing but it has not been made Active on the MLS (for example, because required information or photos were never provided), you have 12 months from the date of purchase to request a refund.

After 12 months with no refund request and no Active listing, the payment is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
