To report a change in your listing status—such as under contract, sold, withdrawn, or back on market—just email us with the updated details.

If your property is under contract, please include a copy of the signed contract so we can mark it as Pending.

⚠️ MLS rules require updates within two (2) business days. Not notifying us on time can lead to fines or listing cancellation.
