Yes, while you can list most property types using our flat fee MLS listing service in Florida—including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, vacant land, multifamily buildings, and commercial properties—there are a few important restrictions to be aware of:

• Mobile and manufactured homes can only be listed if the land is included in the sale. We cannot list mobile homes located in parks or on leased land.
• Rental properties are not eligible. Our service is for properties for sale only; we do not list rentals or properties for lease.
