Cancellation, Refund, and Listing Completion Credit Policy

This policy explains what happens if you cancel your service with List Now Realty before or after your listing is completed, including when refunds may be issued and how listing credits work.

1. Key Time Periods

There are two distinct phases to be aware of:

  1. Initial Listing Period (first 90 days after purchase)

  2. Listing Completion Credit Period (after 90 days, up to 24 months)

Your refund and credit options depend on when you cancel.

2. Cancellations and Refunds During the Initial 90‑Day Listing Period

You may request cancellation at any time during the first 90 days after purchase.

Refund eligibility during the first 90 days

  • If your listing has not been completed and published to the MLS, you may request a refund during this period.

  • Any approved refund during the first 90 days will be issued minus payment processing fees.

Payment processing fees

  • Payment processing fees are non‑refundable third‑party costs retained by the payment processor.

  • These fees are not collected or retained by List Now Realty and cannot be recovered once a transaction has been processed.

Important clarification

  • Once a listing has been completed and published to the MLS, the service has been rendered, and refunds are no longer available, even if the cancellation occurs within the first 90 days.

3. Listing Completion Credit (After 90 Days)

If 90 days pass from the date of purchase and your listing has not been completed due to missing information, lack of seller cooperation, or abandonment, your payment will be converted into a Listing Completion Credit.

How the Listing Completion Credit works

  • The credit may be applied toward completing a future MLS listing with List Now Realty.

  • The credit is valid for up to 24 months from the original purchase date.

  • The credit is non‑transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

4. Refunds During the Listing Completion Credit Period

During the 24‑month Listing Completion Credit period:

  • You may request a refund instead of using the credit.

  • Any approved refund during this period will be issued minus payment processing fees.

If no refund is requested and the credit is not used within the 24‑month period, the credit will expire.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • The MLS listing has already been completed and published.

  • Required information or approvals are withheld, preventing completion of the listing, and no refund is requested within the applicable timeframes.

  • The Listing Completion Credit has expired.
